A special kind of preparation
In theory, sportspeople’s preparation is based on science.

By Ferenc Várhegyi

Training plans with a daily or even hourly breakdown, appropriate nutrition and rest, smart competition, and rehabilitation are all parts of this process. At least for leading competitors, where it is inevitable, as one cannot take risks when trying to reach a result of worldwide acclaim. Of course, there are always exceptions, such as the classic American skier Bode Miller, famous for many things except his sportive lifestyle.

And even apart from him, there are people refuting the above thesis, yet being successful. They may be the exceptions proving the rule but a sportsperson’s efficiency is certainly affected by many other things as well. Individual genetic, physical, and spiritual faculties, factors of will, and talent are also decisive.

In short, there are several ways to success.

One of them is bioenergetics, application of bioenergy, presently known only to a few in Hungary. “Bioenergy is a product of the living organism, without which life cannot exist. Among its main features are bioelectricity, biomagnetism, and the ability of radiation in the form of the aura. Data attesting the conscious use of bioenergy in medicine, in individual martial arts, and several other fields are available from the oldest ages of written history.” (Dr. Sándor Opál: Encyclopaedia of natural cures, 2007.)

Within its scope, it is especially worthwhile for sportspeople to turn their attention to biomagnetism. “A person with an above-than-average biomagnetism can affect the field strength in his or her aura or in the immediate environment to a greater or lesser degree. Within a certain distance, biomagnetism can be transferred to other objects and humans without direct physical contact.” (Dr. Sándor Opál: Encyclopaedia of natural cures, 2007.)

What significance does it have in sportspeople’s preparation?

Well, as László Harasztosi, one of the best-known bioenergetic psychics in the world, puts it, biomagnetism is suitable for recharging sportspeople’s energy as well as for speeding up their healing after injuries. László Harasztosi can focus the energy around us and recharge the energy reserves of the body. Sportspeople do so with hard training and appropriate nutrition, but Mr. Harasztosi thinks the direct bioenergetic recharge is faster and more efficient. With his help, stamina and physical and mental efficiency can be enhanced with at least 30-40%, but an even greater improvement is not uncommon.

And it is only the lower limit.

Bioenergeticist Dr. Sándor Opál, member of the public body of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, laureate of the international Who is Who organization, speaks of a much higher enhancement of the performance.

“Increase of performance with bioenergetic methods can even be four or five times the original faculties of the individual both mentally and physically. From a medical point of view, this kind of performance improvement is limited by the general state of health of the individual, mostly by the permissible load of their cardiovascular system and their muscles. Excessive energization may, on the one hand, bring the subject into a euphoric and boisterous state, on the other hand, e.g. critical increase in blood pressure, heart fibrillation, stroke, heart attack, or muscle tear may occur, because the subject is not aware, due to the euphoria, how far they can proceed in the exertion,” he says.

So one should better be careful! Real experts, however, know where to draw the line.

Like all things, energization can be used for good and bad purposes alike. In medicine, for example, it brings excellent results.

In modern sport, huge pressure carries a higher likelihood of injury. Superb medical procedures and rehabilitation treatments have considerably reduced the healing time but it still often takes months for a competitor to recover. Biomagnetism can, however, significantly shorten this period.

The question arises: if this method is so effective, why do we know so little about it?

Bioenergetics was counted among the secret sciences for a long time, and its existence was not officially acknowledged in Hungary. Of course, it was used in reality – including the preparation of sportspeople – but it was never advertised.

It is still not really publicized – lack of information in this field can even be seen in medical circles, which is no wonder, as bioenergetic ways of healing are not studied at universities – but those who understand about it are still available.

It is worth looking into, because when there are but thousandths of seconds deciding about the fate of a medal, or when the question is whether the competitor or the team can endure the mental stress, all kinds of help should be considered.

Let’s have no doubts about it – these methods are applied in other countries as well.

“Biomagnetism has been regularly used, unadmitted though, at a variety of international sports competitions for centuries. For example, the opponent may be hindered without physical contact, by mentally and physically paralysing him to a greater or lesser degree or even completely with the focused bioenergetic radiation of a hired psychic. There have been several such scandals e.g. in the 1970s at international chess competitions as well as at some wrestling, boxing, or weightlifting championships. To my knowledge, one of the most extensive media storms in connection with such paralysing external influence was triggered by the American chess grandmaster Bobby Fischer’s protests on occasion of the World Chess Championship tournaments in the 1970s. It was at his demand that a discreet monitoring of the players and the audience in this aspect was introduced at those competitions. It can be done partly by video recording of the aura and partly by field strength measuring devices on the spot. These devices will make a conspicuous signal if there is someone with a higher-than-average energy radiation, i.e. a psychic, in their neighbourhood.

“It is also well known outside Hungary that bioenergetic methods have been applied for centuries in preparing Asian sportspeople for major competitions,” as Dr. Sándor Opál says.

I think this information will fundamentally change our present knowledge and it will immediately raise new questions of ethics. Is it legal to use such ways of preparation? Isn’t it a renewed kind of doping? What if the given sportsman is a psychic himself? And one could certainly carry on with questions.

However, we should make one point clear: whoever takes part in a controlled bioenergetic treatment will not be given some detrimental doping drug but employs the help of the nature with the assistance of the suitable people. And if a sportsman himself possesses such kind of power, he cannot be called to account according to the present rules, since he doesn’t resort to external help but fights by his own abilities. It is another thing how he settles things with his own conscience.

The regulators might as well take up these questions.

I know Hungarian, European and world champion sportspeople who use the opportunities provided by bioenergetics, whether for energy recharge or for the treatment of injuries.

It may be worth for others, too, combining new scientific procedures with ancient methods.

So that, even if not in terms of finance, we can be a match for the world in this regard.
